F&Q's
You know what this is about.
Can I train if I'm injured?
In many cases, yes - but it depends on the nature and severity of your injury. Your health and safety always come first, so it's important to speak with your GP or physiotherapist before beginning or continuing any training to ensure there are no contraindications. Once you've been cleared, I can adapt your programme to work around your injury where appropriate, helping you stay active while supporting your recovery.
Can you help with my diet?
Absolutely. I can provide evidence-based nutrition guidance to support your training and health goals, including calorie and macro calculations, meal planning strategies, intermittent fasting, and sustainable eating habits. If you have a medical condition, complex dietary requirements, or require specialist nutritional advice, I would always recommend working with a registered dietitian to ensure you receive the most appropriate care.
Do I need to be fit before I start?
Not at all. Whether you're completely new to training, returning after a break, or already have experience in the gym, every programme is tailored to your current fitness level and goals. We'll build your confidence and progress at a pace that's right for you.
How quickly will I see results?
Everyone progresses at a different rate depending on their starting point, consistency, and goals. My focus is on creating sustainable, long-term results rather than quick fixes, so you'll build habits that last well beyond the programme.
What makes your coaching different?
My coaching combines years of real-world experience with advanced industry qualifications and evidence-based methods. Rather than following fitness trends, I take a personalised approach, using proven training, nutrition, and recovery strategies to help you achieve lasting results safely and effectively.
